Joline O’Neill is an Alaskan transplant who moved to Tulsa in February 2026. At this time she mostly creates digital illustrations on her tablet, but plans to advance her animation skills and explore different media in the future. Character design, mythology, fantasy, and fan art are her subject matters of choice. However, she is beginning to explore themes involving mental health, specifically those of which affect the people in her life.
