Before You Register

1. Secure Your Location

You must have a confirmed physical address in Tulsa where the artwork or the event will be hosted.

  • The creative(s) must have permission from the property owner
  • Outdoor, garage, home, and shared creative spaces are all acceptable

2. Review these steps so you know what to prepare

Review the list of pages you'll need to fill out in order to register for hidden creatives.

  • Have your website and social media links ready.

  • Prepare a short bio about the studio/space and about each participating creatives.

  • Make sure you have images ready. You'll 1-4 upload photos that represent the work that will be featured in your studio space. Don’t give too much away, but give people something to be excited about!

  • Have the required application fees ready at the time of submission:‍
    • $25 — Creatives‍
    • $15 — Host fee (If showing work. No fee if just hosting.)‍

3. Register by picking the appropriate form in the section below!

If you plan to host one or more creative(s) and are showing your work, please click on the "Host" button below. If you're a guest artist in one of these collective studios, please click the "Guest" button to register. The registration fee for each host (if showing work) and guest creative is $15.

Apply for a Scholarship

Hidden Creatives offers a limited number of scholarships that cover the fee for artists who may not otherwise be able to participate.

This honor-based system does not require proof of financial need. We simply ask that you have a body of work ready to display at the upcoming studio tour. Please hit the "Apply" button below to submit your application for the hidden creatives North Tulsa studio tour.
